1. Acceptance
By accessing or using Ideaflore ("the platform", "we", "us") you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Intellectual Property
All platform software, design, branding, and content created by Ideaflore — including but not limited to source code, user-interface design, product concept, and visual identity — are the exclusive property of Ideaflore and its creators and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the platform without prior written permission.
3. User Content
You retain ownership of content you upload. By uploading content you grant Ideaflore a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, display, and deliver that content solely for the purpose of operating the platform. You are responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe third-party rights.
4. Permitted Use
The platform is invitation-only. You may not share your login credentials, attempt to circumvent access controls, scrape or systematically extract platform data, or use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
5. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to the platform or its users.
6. Disclaimer
The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or the accuracy of any content.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
